Boutique Hotel “Parus” is located in Jurmala, Majori, between Jomas pedestrian street and the beach, on one of the most beautiful and prestigious streets of the center of Jūrmala – Jūras street (Marine street), in a dune area alongside other beauteous architectural monuments that are protected by the state. The hotel was built in 1920s and is recognized as an unique example of Jurmala’s wooden architecture. It is carefully and lovingly reconstructed, adapted to be suitable for a comfortable stay, retaining and accentuating the unique color and originality of the architectural monument.The interior of the boutique hotel is decorated with a collection of unique Hermes paintings on the marine theme.

The hotel has 12 beautiful, well-appointed rooms ranging from a single room to a two-storey apartment with its own kitchen – each guest will find a place to their liking! Every room is equipped with TV (most of them with Smart-Tv function), Wifi Internet, refrigerator, kettle and hairdryer. There is a private shower or a bath in every room. Hotel provides laundry services, tour and taxi services, beach towel and bicycle rental. For our youngest guests we can offer a cot. Depending on the room category, we can also offer an extra bed (15,00 euros). For children under 3 years old bed and breakfast is provided free of charge (unless an extra bed is used).

 Free parking is available on site, but must be booked in advance as the number of places is limited. 

Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.

When booking a room for a “hot” period (from July 1st to September 1st), deposit is not refundable.
